Return for Refund Procedure:
- Contact Redfern Enterprises customer service toll free at 1-877-387-7770 to receive an return authorization number. (RA#)
- Return the product to us in "new" condition, freight pre-paid with original packaging and the return authorization (RA#) clearly written on the address label.
- Once you receive the RA# it must be post marked within 14 business days of RA's issue date. Upon satisfactory return, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price as per the return agreement.
- To return, carefully package your items
for return and send to Redfern Enterprises at the location below. Be sure to use an insured carrier. Please make
sure to return all original packaging (product brochures,
warranties and instructions.) Some of the refund will be held
if some or all of these items are missing.
- Please include a copy of your original purchase receipt and a short note with the reason for your return. Have the return authorization number (RA#) clearly visible on the address label. After inspecting the product to ensure it is returned in working & original condition, our customer service department will promptly credit you as per the return agreement.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. No COD packages will be accepted.
