Redfern Enterprises reserves the right to repair or replace any product sold if deemed defective within the first 30 days of purchase.
Return For Repair Procedure:
1. Contact Redfern Enterprises Customer Service Department to receive a repair authorization number (RA#) for return. If you reside in Canada, please
call Toll Free: (877)387-7770 or call Calgary Local: 403-735-5130 Ext. 221. Our Canadian Service Center is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Central Mountain Time.
If you reside in the USA please call Toll Free: (877)462-5757 or call Las Vegas Local: 702-795-3314. Our USA Service Center is open Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm, Pacific Standard Time.
We are closed all statuatory holidays in Canada and the United States.
2. Once you receive the RA# we must receive the product within 14 business days. Upon receiving the product, please allow 10-15 business days for repairs and return shipping. Should the product not be post marked to Redfern Enterprises for repair within 14 business days, you must call Customer Service to receive a new authorization number (RA#).
3. Return the product to us in a properly packaged box with the repair authorization (RA#) clearly written on the address label.
4. Please make sure that you have included a check for the amount stated, for return shipping, when RA# is issued. All checks must be made payable to Redfern Enterprises. Please send to one of the addresses below:

Warranty Agreements: All of our products have individual manufacturer/distributor warranties. Redfern Enterprises honors the warranties for the majority of our products. There are some products within our site in which we do not honor the warranty or provide service for. If you are unsure of what the warranty is for your product, contact our customer service for clarification. REMEMBER to keep a copy of your sales receipt. If there is no sales receipt, we cannot honor warranty unless you have registered a warranty card. Please find below a list a the products with a warranty that we do not provide service for:
