I cannot tell yet. As soon as I installed the new o ring steam started coming out from side slits and wherever it could. Have asked Redfern for help.

The first replacement o-ring broke after the first use. I have not tried the second ring yet. If it breaks also I will just use the iron without o-rings. Redfern Enterprises service out of Calgary was excellent though.

We’ve been in the market for some time now for a robotic massage chair and we finally found it. While at the Calgary Stampede in the BMO Centre several companies were parading their units as the next best thing, which I personally think they all are. But we were treated like gold by Shahida and her crew, all our concerns and questions were thoroughly answered. We purchased the Elite from her and had it delivered the very next day, installed by their delivery team. One thing I’ll say is man this is one quality, solidly built unit. The delivery guys took all the packing and boxes with them which was one less thing for us to worry about, because there are a lot of big boxes.
We’ve used it every day since we bought it and enjoy all the features, quality, and ease of operation, no more aches and pains. We love our massager, there’s so much more I could say about Alice, she ionizes the air, heats up the back and legs, has zero gravity, 3D speakers with Bluetooth to listen to tunes, voice activated, the list goes on and on.
The product arrived within two days, with excellent tracking.
We purchased ours at a home show & luv it! We are seniors with known physical or health issues, hopefully. For toning, strength retention, flexibility works so well for us.

I bought this back massager 7 years ago at a home show. It works very well. Saves me a lot of money because I don’t need to go in for a massage. Unfortunately it broke after 7 years because my toddler spilt water on it. I didn’t hesitate to buy a new one!! Well worth the money!
