My massager has stopped powering on. What should I do?

Please ensure that it is connected properly.

You may need a replacement wall power adapter cord. We recommend using the vehicle adapter if one was provide with your product to determine if a new wall plug is needed. Or test the power cord with a voltage meter.

The heat light is on, but I do not feel much warmth. What should I check?

Allow the heat feature time to warm up during the normal session described in your product manual. Check that heat is selected on your model; warmth may not be noticeable immediately.

Do not extend the session beyond the manual’s time limit to make it hotter. If the heat still does not work after a normal warm-up, contact Redfern with your model name and a description of what the indicator lights show.

One side of my foot massager feels loose. What should I check?

Switch the massager off and check whether the fabric foot liner has shifted or bunched up. Gently reposition the liner so it sits evenly inside the foot opening. Do not force a zipper that is not designed to open.

For models with detachable leg-compression attachments, check the connections against your model’s instructions. If one side remains loose or inflates differently after the liner and connections are checked, stop using it and contact Redfern.
