Its a good massager, but...

I unboxed this thing and tried it, and was thinking about sending it back. No remote, power cord is too short, hard to get your feet into from a couch, and the instructions are basically Chinese characters changed to English letters. Finally got it figured out, I wasn't interested in the calf massagers, so I wasn't using them, it was venting air out loudly and squeezing way too hard, after I figured out the calf massagers (gasbags😄)need to be plugged in, and the air turned on low to keep from squeezing too hard.
It seems to be high quality, but definitely not worth 500 dollars.
Shipping was great, got it in 3 days.

Was great for a few years

I loved this foot massager and the air leg massagers for the first few years of owning it. Recently, the leg attachments left several bruises on my calves. I stopped using the leg attachments, but then the foot massager felt very intense, like squeezing my feet too hard, and then stopped near the beginning of the massage. I am afraid to use it again.

Great Customer Service

I didn't find my original post of a negative review, so FYI the site may be filtering out bad reviews.
But my Foot Massager's charging brick stopped working a year and a half after we bought it. Customer Service was very helpful (thank you Ally), shipped out the faulty part and all is working now. Good product, minus the faulty charger but customer Service replaced it right away at no extra charge.

Foot and lower limb massager

Only been using it for about 10 days now. Seems to be easing my foot issues. Enjoying the results so far. also the calf compression.
