Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to help you buy with confidence.
What massage modes and customization options does the BACKplus 7000 Absolute Massage Chair offer?
The BACKplus 7000 Absolute Massage Chair features 9 distinct therapeutic massage settings designed to target tight muscles, chronic aches, and full-body stiffness. Users can tailor their session by targeting specific zones (such as neck, shoulders, lumbar, or legs) using the full-function digital remote to adjust intensity, speed, and roller positioning for a personalized full-body massage.
How does the voice-activated control feature work?
The chair is engineered with smart voice-activated technology that allows for completely hands-free operation. Instead of reaching for a remote mid-session, you simply speak direct voice commands to tell the chair exactly where you want targeted relief, switch massage modes, or adjust your reclined position effortlessly.
What is the Whole-Body Stretching mode and what does it do?
The dedicated Whole-Body Stretching mode combines gentle stretching movements with rhythmic air compression around the shoulders and legs. It is designed to provide a comfortable, full-body stretching sensation and help users feel more relaxed and refreshed after a session.
How can the BACKplus 7000 massage chair support relaxation and everyday comfort?
The chair combines deep-kneading rollers, air compression, and full-body massage coverage to create a soothing and immersive relaxation experience. These features can help tired muscles feel more relaxed and make the chair a comfortable addition to an evening wind-down or everyday wellness routine.
What are the space and room dimensions required for the BACKplus 7000?
The chair measures approximately 120 cm × 75 cm × 100 cm (47 × 30 × 39 inches) and weighs around 65 kg (143 lbs). Its modern, ergonomic design allows it to fit naturally into living rooms, home theatres, or dedicated relaxation spaces while providing comfortable full-body support.
What is the warranty coverage for the BACKplus 7000 Absolute Massage Chair?
The BACKplus 7000 is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from Redfern Enterprises, covering eligible defects in materials and workmanship under standard residential use. Redfern also provides customer service and technical support across Canada and the United States.
