    Why is my iron leaking?

    This is completely normal, as there are many different things in our tap water.  The iron is built so that you can simply rinse it out till the sediment is removed.

    Yes, as you use this for longer periods of time then normal people; if the iron is on without activity, please press the steam button every 15 minutes to release the pressure buildup.

    The Eurosteam Iron is considered an appliance. As with any appliance, maintenance may be required after a certain time for wear and tear.  Contributing causes may also vary due to lack of cleaning, using commercially or incorrect usage, or improper storage.

    Why is my handle getting hot?

    If your handle is loose, it could happen from dropping the iron. Please contact customer service.

    Our 1 yr warranty is reasonable and honest. Other products on the market offering longer warranties that you may never use, are priced significantly higher and built into the original purchase.
