Here are some tips to stay cool during the summer:

3. Dress appropriately: Wear loose-fitting, light-colored clothes made of breathable materials such as cotton or linen. Avoid dark-colored clothes as they absorb more heat.

4. Stay indoors during peak hours: Try to stay indoors during the hottest part of the day, which is usually between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. If you need to go outside, wear a hat and use sunscreen.

5. Take cool showers: Taking a cool shower can help lower your body temperature and make you feel more comfortable.
