Where to find your model number
The model and serial number are printed on the nameplate or rating label attached to the product. Common locations:
- Near the power cord or power inlet
- On the base or underside of the product
- Inside the battery or filter compartment
- On the original box or packaging
- On your original receipt or order confirmation

Your model number tells us exactly which product you have, which manual applies, and what support and warranty options are available. Your serial number and proof of purchase let us confirm coverage.
