Troubleshooting
Before you contact us
Have your order number and the product's model number ready, they help our team assist you faster. Double-check that the unit is properly plugged in or charged, and that any safety switches, lids or covers are fully closed, since many appliances will not power on unless these are engaged correctly.
Common fixes
Unplug the unit for about a minute, then plug it back in. This simple reset resolves many issues with electronics and small appliances.
For remote-controlled products, check or replace the batteries and make sure there is a clear line of sight to the unit.
For anything with a water reservoir or filter, such as shower filters or air coolers, make sure it is seated and locked properly.
Still stuck?
If your product is still not working as expected, contact our support team with your model number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video if possible. You can also use Identify My Product on the Support Center page to find your model's specific resources.
