Why is my shower head spraying in different directions or not spraying well?
If you have squeezed the nibs (Showerhead spray nozzles) and the water buildup is still not coming out, then we suggest using an interdental brush pick to gently clean the debris and reopen the shower head spray nozzles.

Why isn’t my suction cup for the handheld ShowerMe sticking to my shower wall?
Please ensure the surface is clean before attaching. Test on window or mirror to confirm it works.
For porous or painted tile we recommend using a clear silicone caulk and let it cure for 24 hours. Should you ever have to remove it from your tile, you can peel it right off without damaging your tile and grout.
My ShowerMe shower head is drooping or leaking at the adjustable arm. What should I do?
For the ShowerMe arm with two removable caps, turn off the water and remove the caps to reach the screws underneath. Gently hand-tighten the screws, then replace the caps and check the arm again.
Do not force or overtighten the screws. If your model has a different arm, or the leak continues, contact Redfern with a photo of the connection.
What is the small blue or white disc supplied with my ShowerMe?
The disc is a flow restrictor. It helps limit the amount of water passing through the shower arm, which can help prevent hot water being used too quickly when water pressure is high.
Follow your model’s installation instructions for its placement inside the arm. If you are unsure which connection it belongs in, contact Redfern before fitting it.
